Warranty Information

Six-Month Limited Warranty

Fluid Pickleball offers a six-month limited warranty on all of our products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered?

  • Defects in material or workmanship
  • Structural issues with the paddle core or handle
  • Delamination of paddle surface

What is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from alterations or unauthorized repairs
  • Surface scratches, chips, or cosmetic issues that do not affect performance
  • Shipping costs for returning the product to Fluid Pickleball

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at fluidpickleball@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the defective product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
  4. Replacement or Repair: Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Proof of purchase is required
